Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Iseul Small made a move to Australia in 2007 before she moved to New Zealand, which she now calls home. Beyond helping her clientele buy and sell, Iseul cherishes being a part of Tokoroa's friendly, multicultural community. Saying of Tokoroa’s community, “I love the people, I always felt like a foreigner being Korean but for the first time, I really do feel like I am part of the community, it’s the reason that I have decided to raise my kids here.”
With a keen interest in architecture, art, and interior design, Iseul decided to study Art at University while she was still living in South Korea. These interests inevitably served as a pathway for Iseul, seeing her move into a career in real estate in 2018 after buying their first home. Being in real estate means that Iseul can combine her passion for both property and people.
As a proud mum of three, Iseul and her husband love living in Tokoroa and being a part of the community. In her leisure time, Iseul enjoys playing sports, painting with her kids, running marathons and competing in crossfit. Iseul sponsoring local schools.
