Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Iseul Small made a move to Australia in 2007 before she moved to New Zealand, which she now calls home. Beyond helping her clientele buy and sell, Iseul cherishes being a part of Tokoroa's friendly, multicultural community. Saying of Tokoroa’s community, “I love the people, I always felt like a foreigner being Korean but for the first time, I really do feel like I am part of the community, it’s the reason that I have decided to raise my kids here.”
With a keen interest in architecture, art, and interior design, Iseul decided to study Art at University while she was still living in South Korea. These interests inevitably served as a pathway for Iseul, seeing her move into a career in real estate in 2018 after buying their first home. Being in real estate means that Iseul can combine her passion for both property and people.
As a proud mum of three, Iseul and her husband love living in Tokoroa and being a part of the community. In her leisure time, Iseul enjoys playing sports, painting with her kids, running marathons and competing in crossfit. Iseul sponsoring local schools.
"Whether I'm supporting someone through their journey of property ownership; or identifying an investment opportunity, I enjoy the process of helping people achieve their goals. It’s a great feeling succeeding in helping people to find a property that ticks all the boxes."
Iseul says of Property Brokers, "I am proud and excited to be a part of a reliable, genuine team that values family and is proud to be a part of the community that they live in. We support each other and value each other."
